Bad experience
I have bought it just one month ago. But its loose clasp detached from the chain and I lost my weight non-attentively. This is really terrible because I like my weight very much.

Well, I send email to them and haven't gotten any reply.

Necklace
The clapse doesn't stay hooked. Lost a pendant because of it.
